Systematic Security Services is an ISO 14001 approved company. In working towards ISO 14001 to save environment, we are taking very serious actions towards negative environmental impact i.e paper printing, none recycling, cars with high CO2 emission.
Systematic Security Services committed to reduce its own carbon footprints as well as offsetting all the carbon footprints. We are trying our best to reduce negative impact by printing double sided, refilling the cartridges, using recycled paper which can also be recycled again. We recycle all our waste paper. We have started contributing towards planting some trees in London and across UK.

Our aim is to ensure that most personnel are qualified to NVQ Level 2 Customer Care or equivalent. In addition we provide First Aid training.
We underpin our training with regular reviews. In customer facing environments we look to any surveys conducted by our Clients regarding their environments and where applicable are equipped to perform satisfaction surveys either online, or through the use of personnel.
This feedback is aggregated into the overall training plan which is utilised to develop a programme which supports both the individual and their assigned activities.
For lone workers these include systems such as Partner to ensure we are able to locate and communicate with remote personnel
It is Company policy to ensure that all employees are adequately trained and qualified, and have the relevant skills and/ or experience for their required tasks within the Company. We provide a basic training within our INDUCTION towards environmental safety to ensure that a new member of staff joining Systematic Security is aware of the policy & procedure towards Environment.
All personnel shall be trained to a level commensurate with their position. They shall be responsible for ensuring that all staff under their control has acquired the relevant skills, and/ or experience for their required task within the Company.
The training needs of all employees are periodically analysed and if required training programme with appropriate objectives will be formulated and executed.
The Director will be responsible for the total management of the Company. She will be the final arbiter for resolving any problems/differences and non-conformity. The Directors are also the responsible for the corporate strategy both in and outside the Company and the other members of the Senior Management Team will assist her with this. They will collectively be responsible for the formulation, effective implementation, maintenance and development of the Company's environmental strategy, policy, objectives and targets. The Senior Management Team will be responsible for reviewing the training needs and development of Company personnel. Documentation is completed in accordance with the Environmental Manual and the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register. These activities are executed in conjunction with other personnel in the operation.
The Operation Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of the Company’s service provision activities at Clients sites. They are also responsible for keeping service records of key equipment (i.e. vehicles) in the business. Documentation is completed in accordance with the Environmental Manual and the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register. The Operations Managers is responsible for assisting the Director with the Company's environmental policy, objectives and targets and for managing the activities of the Area Manager under their control in the execution of their daily duties.
Our Compliance Manager will be responsible for the effective execution of the Company's environmental system activities including managing the continual improvement process and maintaining the audit programme.
The Accounts Manager is a member of the Management Team and is responsible for the Company’s purchasing activities. Accounts Manager will assist the higher management with the environmental objectives and targets, and for the preparation of associated paperwork. The activity is executed in conjunction with other personnel in the operation.
Area Managers are responsible for carrying out instructions issued by the Operation Managers and for assisting them with the Company's environmental policy and objectives and targets, and for the timely reporting on all aspects of the service provision activities of the contracts to scheduled requirements and for the preparation of associated paperwork. These activities are executed in conjunction with other personnel in the operation. Area Managers are also responsible for the day to day supervision of all Site Supervisors under their control in the execution of their daily duties.
All Security Officers are responsible for receiving and carrying out instructions from the Operations Manager. Work is carried out to the standards required on contracts. Documentation is completed in accordance with the Environmental Manual and the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register. Instructions are carried out with the health, safety and welfare of all others in the operation in mind.
